Tracy Cartwright is an experienced and heart-centered facilitator dedicated to creating sacred, nurturing spaces for personal and ancestral healing. With over a decade of experience in Family Constellation work, sound healing, and somatic body-based practices, Tracy’s retreats invite participants to reconnect with their inner wisdom, release inherited patterns, and awaken their authentic selves.

Rooted in her rich lineage of Scottish, Irish, Māori, Hawaiian, Scandinavian, and English ancestry, Tracy weaves together ancient wisdom and contemporary therapeutic approaches. Her work honours the land, the ancestors, and the interconnectedness of all life.

Tracy is also a drum doula, intuitive artist, a cacao guardian and advocate. She crafts ceremonial drums and intuitive artworks imbued with story, intention, and elemental blessings — tools that support ritual, reflection, and transformation. Through her work with untempered ceremonial cacao, Tracy shares the heart-opening, grounding medicine of this sacred plant in both ceremonial and personal wellbeing settings.
