What to expect
Beginner sessions use short guided meditations with time for questions and discussion. The centre's meditation page explains the practice and available starting points.
The centre is rooted in Tibetan Buddhism. If you are looking for a specifically secular session, ask about the approach of the particular event rather than assuming all sessions are secular.
